For Assistant Librarian Posts:

Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science and (ii) Master's Degree in ‘Library Science’ or ‘Library and Information Science’ of a recognized University/ Institution.

Diploma in ‘Computer Applications’ from a recognized University or Institute (ii) Qualified in the national level test( NET/SLET/SET) conducted by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC is desirable.

For Assistant Archivist Posts:

Applicants should possess Second Class Master’s Degree in Modern Indian History and (ii) Diploma in Archival Studies from recognized university/institute with 2 years’ experience in an Archival Office in a supervisory capacity.

Pay Scale for RBI Jobs:

After selection candidates will get monthly salary of Rs. 17,100/-p.m applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’. They will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 44,047/-
